Joshua Zaehner

Co-Founder and Director

Joshua is responsible for ONECORE’s overall operations and the implementation of its strategic plan. Joshua is a qualified Civil and Construction Engineer and management professional with over 15 years of experience in multi-discipline construction, mining, oil and gas, infrastructure, defence, property and investment sectors with extensive expertise in project management. Joshua is a leader with a passion for developing high performing teams with a 'can do' attitude to overcome challenges and consistently deliver successful project outcomes.

Sangram Jadhav

Co-Founder and Director

Sangram is responsible for ONECORE’s overall operations and implementation of its strategic plan. Sangram is a leader and is a highly qualified Project Management Professional (PMP) having graduated with a Bachelors of Civil Engineering and a Post-Graduate in Advanced Construction Management with more than 19 years of experience in the field of project management and implementation. Besides project management, Sangram’s expertise included integrated project controls (planning and cost), site and commercial claim management.

Harsha is ONECORE's Director in India, responsible for overall business expansion and providing support for the outsourcing business from Australia. Harsha is a leader with vast experience in managing engineering teams and the seamless coordination between clients and stakeholders. Harsha holds a Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and a Post-Graduate in Construction Engineering and Management.
